Eyebrow Shaping

Now just to confirm that i'm not a beauty expert, so below are just some guidelines of what i've learn't to get the correct eyebrow shape.

Eyebrows are very vital in the way you look, but only one will be right for your face.
So first determine the correct design for your face and features.

Begin by checking to see if your eyebrows need a trim, simply trimming them can be enough for some faces.
So always trim before tweezing as you might remove some hairs that just needed to be trimmed.
Brush the hairs straight up with a brow brush, then trim any stray hairs that extend past the upper brow line. Then do the same to any stray hairs that extend past the brow line underneath.
Once done brush all hairs back into place.

I like to use tweezers when shaping my eyebrows.
Be careful not to tweeze too much, i speak from experience hehe.
Always make sure you have good lighting when shaping.

1. Using a thin eyeliner pencil, vertically hold the pencil against the side of your nose, straight up to wear it meets the brow. This is wear the brow starts.

2. Turn the pencil at an angle so it crosses over the CENTER of your eye. My eye is slightly out because of the way i took the picture. So make sure it crosses over the CENTER.
This is where the peak of the arch could start.

3. Than finally move the pencil at an angle until it meets the edge of the outer eye. This is your eyebrow's ending point.

This is just a general guideline on how the shape of your eyebrow should be based on the shape of your face. My eyebrows aren't perfect!
If you are still unsure use an eyebrow stencil to help you.

I would highly recommend that for your first eyebrow shaping, go to a beauty salon. It's something that i never did. It's not an expensive procedure!
You can pay for one session and then simply pluck the stray hairs at home for maintenance.

I hope this has been of use!
